Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review the following refund policy carefully before registering for the Autism Symposium.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@autismsymposium.org.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations received up to January 20th.
After this date, registrations are non-refundable.
All refunds are subject to a processing fee, if applicable.
Transfer of Registration
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost if requested by March 31st. Transfers must be of the same ticket type.
No-Shows
Registrants who do not attend the event are not eligible for a refund.
Event Changes or Cancellation
If the Autism Symposium is canceled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed or moved to a virtual format, registrants may choose to attend the rescheduled event or request a refund.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Requests related to medical emergencies or significant hardships will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original method of payment.
